With over 13 years in global payroll operations, I've had the privilege of working with some of the world's leading organizations to build, migrate, and optimize payroll systems across multiple countries. My journey began at AON Hewitt, where I developed my foundation in benefits administration and HR operations. From there, I moved to Xerex Business Services, expanding into multi-country payroll processing across APAC.
Today, as Global Payroll Transformation Manager at Vertiv, I lead global payroll transformation across 54 countries and 179 legal entities, covering 36,720 employees — consolidating 54 vendors to 4 strategic partners and 58 systems to under 5 on Oracle Fusion HCM. This builds on my years at Deel as Global Payroll Implementation Manager, where I delivered complex implementations spanning 25+ countries and built automation tools that transformed how our teams work. I realized that as companies grow, their payroll systems often fail to keep up -- processes remain manual, data lives in silos, and compliance becomes a ticking time bomb.
This is where I found my niche: bridging the gap between chaotic growth and structured efficiency. I don't just "run payroll"; I build the engines that make payroll run itself.
